Product design leader building AI products at scale, and increasingly the AI systems behind them. At Workhuman I lead 5+ designers across three teams, shaping AI-powered analytics, conversational interfaces, and predictive UX for global enterprises. Off the clock I design and ship: I architected a multi-agent system that runs my own 128K-subscriber YouTube channel end to end. That mix of design leadership, hands-on building, and a creator's instinct for what lands with a real audience is how I work.
